How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our carrier's website to monitor your shipment's progress.
What is your return policy for skincare products?
We want you to love your skin. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any product purchased from our website within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
Are philosophy products tested on animals?
Philosophy is committed to the elimination of animal testing. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals, nor do we ask others to do so on our behalf, except where required by law.

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to more global destinations in the near future.
